MAVEN CAR SHARING // BRAND LAUNCH
Innovation and optimization are the keys to the success of this new GM brand. We developed "smart” OOH that can sense key attributes (such as time, weather and events) which then tailors custom messages for the viewer; ultimately directing them to the nearest Maven station. Additionally, we used programmatic digital banners that align with potential user's behavior, encouraging them to engage with our brand. Lastly, we unite all this work by creating a system that translates across all our marketing platforms. Primary KPI's were acquisition and membership. Once we got this new system up and running, we saw more installs in a single month than in the entire year prior.

When Maven enters a new market, we go all out. With each launch in major cities across the nation, we completely take over key commuter stations and introduce ourselves by encouraging commuters to break from the routine and seek out new, enriching experiences.

Social media is a critical part in helping us reach potential users and hit our acquisition goals. We did so by analyzing, optimizing and evolving our message each and every month; all while maintaining consistency with our brand identity and sharing our story with potential users.
